Architeuthis
Japanese Researchers have been the first to capture on film a true giant squid. This squid was 15 meters long. That is about the length of a city bus or a two story buidling. It may be that this particular species can get to be as long as a five-story building is tall. Click the picture for the BBC's article on this amazing find!
